A 39-year-old male patient presenting with shortness of breath for one day, diagnosed with myocardial infarction with inferior wall ST-segment elevation and acute decompensated heart failure, was referred to our center.He had elevated JVP with basal crepitations. ECG showed ST-segment elevation in II, III, aVF, RV4-RV6.
