A 47-year-old male patient, with a history of hypertension, complained of dyspnea.Chest x-ray showed bilateral pneumonia, echo showed 32% LVEF with anterolateral ipokinesis. ECG normal, troponin level elevated.

Amazing , thanks for sharing. As WCA has led to acute ischaemia in this case ( demonstrated by raised troponin and SWMA), what was your definite treatment strategy other than OMT. I dont think there is any room of percutaneous revasc. At the same time , LAD looks spared angiographically but their is drop in EF with anterlateral ischaemia.. I am interested to know if you considered going down surgical route or resorted to medical treatment alone ..
