A 59-year-old male patient presented with fever and shortness of breath. Blood cultures were positive for Streptococcus Gallolyticus.  History of bicuspid aortic valve with severe aortic stenosis treated with TAVR using balloon expandable Sapien S3 Ultravalve 3 months prior.
