A 54-year-old female patient was admitted to a regional hospital with a CCS II-III angina 2 months prior. In accordance with the available data, diagnostic coronary angiography revealed critical stenosis of the LAD and DES 3.0 / 26 was implanted.The next day, the patient developed ST MI; coronary angiography revealed stent thrombosis.
