The worst presentation

A 70-year-old female patient with a history of hypertension and smoking. Presented to the emergency department for chest pain one hour prior to her admission. EKG showed sinus tachycardia and elevation of the ST segment in inferior leads.Serum troponin was elevated. Echo showed inferior hypokinesia with mild mitral regurgitation and moderate aortic regurgitation.The patient was referred to interventional cardiology where an urgent coronary angiography was performed and no significant coronary lesions were observed.
