This is an incidental finding in a patient with a prior acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in 2012, treated with primary PCI with DES implantation in the proximal segment of left anterior descending artery (LAD).The current angiogram performed for an effort angina, caught our attention because of the complex image of minus observed on the proximal edge of the previous stent, resulting in a type IB according to the Mehran angiographic classification of ISR. We therefore performed optical coherence tomography (OCT) to shed light on this image.
