A 30-year-old female patient presented with complaints of recurrent palpitations and dyspnea on exertion.ECG showed atrial flutter with variable conduction, whereas echocardiography showed dilated RA/RV with mild PAH.The patient underwent cardiac catheterization for further evaluation.
