A rare vascular cap

Patient presented with history of head trauma. There was a soft tissue swelling on the scalp and ultrasound of scalp was performed, which revealed soft tissue swelling with vascular bunching. A cerebral CT angiogram was performed, which revealed atriovenous malformation in the scalp. Further cerebral angiogram was performed through bilateral external iliac arteries, which revealed atriovenous malformation in scalp form superficial temporal artery via external carotid artery.
