A 55-year-old male patient underwent IWMI PPCI to RCA. The post-PCI stent dislodged and became stuck in the right subclavian, which could not be detected on whole-body angiography. The image shows an excellent depiction of the procedural-related complications that were rightly detected by non-invasive imaging. The coronary stent dislodged into the right subclavian, and the stent look quite elongated and streched. Look at the right subclavian.
