A surprising aortogram

A 75-year-old man with a history of aortic coarctation repair presented with an SOB. Echo revealed severe AS. The patient was reffered for TAVR. This aortogram shows the best picture of an end-to-end anastomosis of COA visualized on angiogram, which is not commonly seen.
