A 73-year-old man was referred to our cathlab for worsening dyspnea in CAD.
- 11/2023: Late inferior STEMI, pPCI unsuccessful on RCA. At discharge inferior LV wall akynesia, LVEF 45%.
- 01/2024: Dyspnea. CAG: ostial RCA occlusion, critical stenosis on mid-LAD. The diagnostic procedure was completed with left ventriculogram.
