Very late stent thrombosis

A 72-year-old lady underwent elective PCI to LAD with a 3 x 33 mm drug-eluting stent. Two years later, she presented to emergency department with acute STEMI (anterior) with 4-hour ischemic chest pain. Primary PCI was planned. Coronary angiogram was performed.
