This is an OCT run taken from a stent placed in RCA six years back in a 74-year-old male who presented with NSTEACS. The run has been taken without predilatation.
ISR requires a mechanistic approach and the neointimal tissue characteristics as elaborated by OCT may tailor our approach to PCI in ISR.
