Complex PCI of a heavily calcified mid-LAD lesion. After multiple predilatations and restoration of flow, intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) was used for calcium modification. Due to delivery failure, Guidezilla support was required to cross the lesion. Final intravascular imaging demonstrates successful lesion modification.
