A 52-year-old gentleman developed central chest pain followed by syncope. He was resuscitated and electrocardiogram showed ST elevation in inferolateral leads. Angiogram revealed calcified coronaries and subtotally occluded right coronary artery.
An Intravascular ultrasound examination was performed from right coronary artery.
