STEMI with cardiogenic shock

A 52-year-old lady presented with central chest pain for 4 hours. Electrocardiogram showed ST elevation in anterior leads. Blood pressure at time of presentation was 80/60mmHG and saturation was 85% on room air.
An Intravascular ultrasound analysis was performed from distal left anterior descending coronary artery.
