An 81-year-old patient was admitted for balloon valvuloplasty of a bicuspid aortic valve as a bridge to further management. Baseline echocardiography showed critical aortic stenosis with mild regurgitation.
Due to a small annulus, a single 18-mm balloon inflation was performed.
