77 yo female. Mitral and aortic valve replacement (Hanckook prosthesis 27 and 23). 2-year of progressive deterioration, NYHA IV. Echo showing a dysfunctional mitral bioprosthesis. Heart Team decided to implant a valve in the mitral valve.
