Summary
In this PCR London Valves 2021 session, observe the case of an 84-year-old, not overweight, quite active, female patient with a past history of restrictive cardiomyopathy and permanent atrial fibrillation, who presented with worsening dyspnea and obvious clinical signs of right ventricular heart failure, and discuss the future of tricuspid valve interventions.
