Look at this case of a 73-year-old man, heavy smoker, with hypertension, type 2 DM, and hyperlipidemia, who recently suffered class III effort-related angina and non-ST elevation MI, who presented with a totally occluded RCA, ulcerated LM, occluded LAD, and stenotic LCx, and study LIVE a complex PCI with left ventricular support.
