Summary
In this session, presenters describe how to use IVUS and physiology in the assessment of left anterior descending and/or left circumflex ostium in distal left main disease. Discover in the second part the general principles and clinically validated strategies for ultralow contrast coronary angiography and zero contrast percutaneous coronary intervention.
Learning Objectives
- To learn to use IVUS and physiology in assessment of left anterior descending and/or left circumflex ostium in distal left main disease
- To learn how imaging can help with strategising left main PCI, plaque preparation, device sizing and optimising results
- To learn the techniques to reduce contrast in treating complex multivessel disease with state-of-the-art tools (wiring, angiogram, etc.)
- To learn to create contrast-free IVUS and iFR co-registration roadmap for stent enhancement and optimal treatment
