Summary

Consider a 66-year-old man, hypertensive and diabetic for 10 years, with history of recurrent substernal chest pain and exertional dyspnea, who presented with easy fatigability and shortness of breath, or a 72-year-old man on dialysis who presented with STEMI and severe calcified stenosis of LAD/DI bifurcation, and refused CABG, and find out how to successfully treat calcified lesions.
