Review the cases of a 65-year-old male patient with exertional angina, good LV, transferred to hospital for CABG after an angiogram with failed PCI attempt, and an 87-year-old female patient with HTN and previous heart failure with preserved LV function who presented with NSTEMI, and analyze LM trifurcation and restenosis.
