Calcified coronary lesions: procedural techniques

Session comprising selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions

Summary

This session, comprising selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions, focuses on procedural techniques for the management of calcified coronary lesions. It will feature various complex cases, including in-stent shave and debulk, damned coronary nodules, rotatripsy burring before the shock, protected high-risk PCI of a heavily calcified left main bifurcation lesion, and more. Each case will be presented and discussed with the audience.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • In-stent shave and debulk
  • Damned coronary nodules: sometimes strike back
  • Rotatripsy burring before the shock
  • Protected high risk PCI of a heavy calcified left main bifurcation lesion
  • Indilatable lesion: when the plaque modification techniques alone fail
  • Multifocal atherosclerosis and the need for multiple interventions in the same time
  • Management of in-stent restenosis after intravascular lithotripsy
  • Intracoronary odyssey: charting a course through calcified lesions with OCT precision
