Summary

This session showcases a series of complex clinical cases highlighting the endovascular management of aortic arch aneurysms. Attendees will witness scenarios involving hybrid aortic arch debranching with thoracic endovascular aortic repair, the use of fenestrated aortic arch stent grafts, techniques for left subclavian artery preservation, and the management of acute aortic dissections. Through interactive discussions, the session aims to provide interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons with insights into the latest approaches and strategies for the endovascular treatment of aortic arch pathologies.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Hybrid aortic arch artery debranching with simultaneous thoracic endovascular aortic repair
  • A case of aortic arch disease treated with fenestrated aortic arch stent graft
  • Left subclavian artery preservation: a change of paradigm
  • Endovascular repair of the acute aortic dissection after aortic coarctation intervention
  • Complicated tear: endovascular therapy to the rescue
