Summary

This joint session with the Stent - Save a Life! initiative focuses on the unique challenges in STEMI diagnosis and management for women. It explores different pathological processes resulting in STEMI and STEMI mimics in women, and discusses optimal management techniques. The session features perspectives from various regions, including Africa (late patient presentation), Asia (Takotsubo cardiomyopathy), LATAM (frailty and high-bleeding risks), Europe (MINOCA), and the Gulf region (spontaneous coronary artery dissection), providing a global understanding of the issues and potential solutions.
