Summary

This session focuses on the role of the heart team in the management of complex left main coronary artery disease. It presents three cases, each with a unique set of challenges, and facilitates a structured discussion with the audience to arrive at the optimal treatment strategy. The cases cover a high-risk NSTE-ACS patient with isolated left main disease, a case with unmet needs for the two-stent strategy in left main and long bifurcation, and a left main stem quadrifurcation with ostial LAD stenosis. The session emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary decision-making and highlights key learnings from each case to guide future patient management.
