Summary

This session features selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions showcasing various techniques for managing complex left main bifurcation lesions. It includes presentations and discussions on the use of a home-made dual lumen microcatheter, angulated catheters for side branches, a novel "crushing" approach for narrow-angle bifurcations, challenging wiring of angulated side branches, and managing a bifurcation lesion with a large saccular aneurysm.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Home-made dual lumen "microcatheter": pierced balloon assist technique
  • Use of angulated catheter in complex side-branches
  • "Crushing" the minimum: novel approach for complex narrow angle bifurcation
  • Extremely challenging wiring of angulated side branch in bifurcation PCI
  • Bifurcation lesion of the left anterior descending coronary artery with a huge saccular aneurysm
  • How did I manage complex left main and left circumflex obtuse marginal bifurcation
  • Does the plan change the technique or does the technique change the plan
