This session will feature a series of selected clinical case submissions from EuroPCR 2024, focusing on the management of STEMI patients with a high thrombotic burden. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore various strategies and techniques, such as the use of pharmacomechanical thromboaspiration, prevention of thrombus embolization, and the treatment of no-reflow in acute coronary syndromes.
