Stentless PCI

Session comprising selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions

Summary

This session explores various stentless percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) strategies, including drug-coated balloon (DCB)-only PCI for chronic total occlusions and de-novo coronary lesions, as well as the use of magnesium resorbable scaffolds. Attendees will learn about the rationale, techniques, and outcomes of these "leave nothing behind" approaches to coronary revascularization.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • DCB only PCI strategies for chronic total occlusion in native coronaries
  • 4-years OCT follow-up of overlapping magnesium resorbable scaffolds
  • Veiled realities: subtleties of magnesium scaffold appearances
  • All roads lead to circumflex
  • Treatment of an inverted bifurcation in the aorto-coronary anastomosis
  • Back to the future: blended revascularization for multivessel coronary artery disease
  • DCB-only PCI strategy in the treatment of de-novo coronary lesions
  • To stent or not to stent? A case with CTO lesion
  • Leave nothing behind in chronic coronary syndromes: how to grow confidence?
