Treatment strategies in complex coronary

Session comprising selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions

Summary

This session comprises a selection of complex coronary intervention cases from the EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions. The cases cover a range of challenging scenarios, including CTO with left ventricular dysfunction and VT storm, subintimal tracking and re-entry, and the decision between native vessel CTO PCI and degenerative SVG PCI. Participants will engage in discussions and interactive sessions to explore the optimal treatment strategies for these complex cases.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Left anterior descending artery - CTO with left ventricular dysfunction and VT storm: the critical role of cardiac MRI in assessing
  • Turning lemons into lemonade
  • Fusion to avoid confusion
  • So bad too good
  • Subintimal tracking and re-entry: R-evolution
  • Less haste, more speed - Deferred stenting post CTO recanalization
  • Native vessel CTO PCI vs. degenerative SVG PCI: that is the question
