Summary

Live case: An 86-year-old male, with a history of PPM, permanent AF, CKD stage 3, and moderately impaired LV function (50–55%), presented with symptomatic torrential mixed TR (tricuspid annular dilatation and pacing lead on the septal leaflet). An Evoque valve was implanted under fluoroscopy and TEE guidance.

Recorded case: An 81-year-old female, with a dual-chamber PPM, presented with massive TR and coaptation >11 mm. A Duocoaptation system (Croivalve) was implanted with 15–50% oversizing under general anesthesia and TEE guidance via the transjugular vein.
