Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation until 31 October: Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration can be cancelled and refunded in full without penalties.
You must give notice of this cancellation within the legally required period of time indicated above, by contacting the registration department at the following address: [email protected]
Cancellation after 31 October: No refund will be possible after this date.

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.
