Clinical experience with transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement

Session comprising selected EuroPCR 2026 abstract submissions

Moderators: J. Hausleiter, R. Puri

Summary

This session shares clinical experience with transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) for severe tricuspid regurgitation. It includes outcomes after prior repair, analysis of stent frame geometry as a predictor of leaflet abnormalities, and assessments of functional and quality-of-life improvements with systems such as Evoque and MonarQ. Additionally, it reviews trial outcomes including the TRINITY and TRICAV studies, highlighting novel caval reflux strategies and early results of emerging TTVR technologies.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement for severe tricuspid regurgitation after prior repair
  • TTVR stent frame geometry: Eccentric device expansion as predictor of HALT and RLM
  • Functional and quality-of-life outcomes after TTVR with the Evoque system
  • 12-month TRINITY trial outcomes using the LuX-Valve plus TTVR system
  • Early outcomes of TRICAV: a novel caval reflux strategy for severe tricuspid regurgitation
