Summary

This session presents new data on intracoronary imaging-guided interventions, comparing outcomes of angiography-derived FFR and IVUS-guided PCI over two years, as well as OCT versus IVUS for intermediate left main stenosis. It further evaluates high-risk non-culprit lesions post-myocardial infarction, the role of coronary lipid burden in plaque regression, and achieving optimal revascularisation based on coronary artery disease patterns.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Two-year outcomes after angiography-derived FFR-guided and IVUS-guided PCI
  • Comparison between OCT and IVUS for intermediate left main stenosis (EMPERATRIZ Epic 36 Study)
  • High-risk non-culprit lesions and long-term clinical outcome after myocardial infarction
  • The role of coronary lipid burden in atherosclerotic non-culprit plaque regression
  • Achievement of optimal revascularisation after IVI-guided PCI according to coronary artery disease patterns
