Prognostics elements on multivessel disease and coronary artery disease

Session comprising selected EuroPCR 2026 abstract submissions

Moderator: D. Erlinge

Summary

This session examines key prognostic elements in multivessel and coronary artery disease, featuring studies on mechanical circulatory support across LDL-C levels, biomarkers impacting periprocedural myocardial infarction, autologous cell therapy outcomes for refractory angina, and novel risk stratification indices. It also addresses prognosis in cancer patients and the association of inflammatory markers with atherosclerotic burden.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Differential prognostic effects of MCSF across LDL-C levels in multivessel coronary artery disease
  • Impact of post-PCI CK-MB and high-sensitivity troponin on periprocedural myocardial infarction
  • Autologous mononuclear cell injections for refractory angina: CardiAMP CMI roll-in cohort results
  • Prognosis of severe coronary disease in cancer patients treated without revascularisation
  • Association of elevated Lp(a) and hs-CRP with multi-atherosclerotic burden in patients with coronary artery disease
