Strategical approaches to treat patients with multivessel disease

Session comprising selected EuroPCR 2026 abstract submissions

Moderators: P. Kolh, A. Nanjundappa

Summary

This comprehensive session focuses on strategic approaches to manage patients with multivessel coronary artery disease. It covers a spectrum of topics including ostial stent implantation techniques, the impact of center volume on CT-guided angiography post-CABG, and physiology-guided PCI versus angiography alone. Insights into percutaneous revascularisation strategies in NSTE-ACS and the prognostic significance of incomplete revascularization are also discussed, alongside the innovative COMBINEd PCI approach to reduce cardiovascular events.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Ostial stent implantation or crossover stenting for ostial left anterior descending artery lesions: CROSS-ANATOLIA registry
  • CT-guided coronary angiography after CABG: impact of centre volume in the randomised GREECE trial
  • Physiology-guided PCI vs. angiography alone in multivessel CAD: a real-world Indian registry
  • Percutaneous coronary revascularisation strategies in multivessel disease associated with NSTE-ACS
  • Prognostic significance of incomplete revascularisation in CAD
  • COMBINEd Ischemia and Vulnerable Plaque Percutaneous INTERVENtion to reduce cardiovascular events
