Angiograms
1.Baseline angio
Portico baseline angio: Baseline angio with three cusps aligned (marking the virtual native annulus). Moderate to severe aortic regurgitation
2. Crossing the arch
Arch passage: Portico crosses aortic arch over Amplatz Super stiff wire.
3. Position Portico in the aortic root
Positioning: Portico positioning under angio control and using the marker.
4. Initial unsheathing
Portico unsheathing with confirmation of accurate frame position.
5. Flaring
6. Continued unsheathing
Further unsheathing slow.
7. Angio check
Angio control to check proper position Portico. At this point repositioning and retrieving is still possible.
8. Portico too high
Too high Portico: Angio control and confirmation of portico too high.
9. Resheath
Re-sheathing the Portico.
10. 2nd Unsheath
Optimal position during unsheathing Portico: Portico unsheathing with confirmation of accurate frame position.
