Great case demonstration and re do PCI for optimal LM Stenting. Lots of learning and commend your thought processes to re assess for re do PCI with stent extraction following the Echocardiographic assessment. Would you consider the same procedure if the patient were to be seen 3 to 4 weeks after the index PCI?
