Payment methods and conditions

Bank transfers are no longer accepted for individual registrations or for group orders of fewer than 15 badges. Credit card payment is now mandatory for all individual registrations as well as for any order under 15 badges.

Please note that if payment is not received within the applicable fee deadline, your registrations will be canceled, and your new orders will be charged at the current applicable fee.

Please find the deadlines below :

Regular rate: Payment to be received by 30 April.
Late rate: As payment must be received before the congress, payment to be received by 15 May.

In all cases, payment must be received before the start of the course in order to maintain your registration.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation until 3 May 2025
Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration will be refunded in full without penalties.
No refunds are made for cancellations requested from 3 May 2026.

For your cancellation to be officially and legally taken into account, please send your request to the registration department: [email protected]

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
