Changes and cancellations

Cancellation until 13 September: within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration can be cancelled and refunded in full without penalties. 
Cancellation after 14 September: no refund will be possible after this date. In order for your cancellation to be officially and legally taken into account, please send your email to the registration department: [email protected]

The Organising Committee can neither be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases our cancellation policy will be applied.
