PCR e-Course 2020: Information for members of the press

Join us at the PCR e-Course 2020!

Members of the press can attend the PCR e-Course 2020 for free – it is open to all – by simply signing in on the dedicated platform.
Over the three days, a dedicated online platform will offer a choice of five simultaneous scientific sessions, some of which will enable interaction with the speakers. The participants will also be able to exchange and network with the community and discover the latest in innovation in a virtual Exhibition and sessions built in collaboration with PCR's Industry Partners.

Embargo Policy

For all results and presentations included in the PCR e-Course 2020, including the Late Breaking Trials, the embargo is lifted 16:00 CEST, on Thursday, 25 June 2020, unless you are otherwise informed. Information presented in a PCR state-of-the-art lectures press release also has the same embargo.

For the oral and poster abstract-based presentations, the embargo is lifted when they are published on PCRonline.

  • Breaking of the embargo policy by a reporter leads to:
    • Immediate suspension of the reporter’s media credentials
    • Immediate barring of the reporter from the meeting premises
    • Removal of the reporter’s name from the PCR press distribution list for 1 year
    • No access as a media representative to any other congresses organised by PCR for 1 year (as of embargo break)
    • Media outlets that employ the reporter or who hired the freelancer to write for them will be barred from accessing and from sending reporters to any other PCR Course for 1 year

Breaking of an embargo by another (non-media) party will be equally pursued.

By submitting your application for press credentials to PCR e-Course 2020, you implicitly agree to the above rules for all PCR courses (PCR e-CourseEuroPCR, PCR London Valves, GulfPCR-GIM, AICT-AsiaPCR, AfricaPCR, PCR-CIT China Chengdu Valves, PCR Tokyo Valves).
