If you are a healthcare professional coming from a conflict affected country*, you are eligible for a special onsite fee. You will get to check your eligibility while registering.

Deadlines are at midnight CET on the specified dates.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation until 3 May 2025
- Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration will be refunded in full without penalties.
No refunds are made for cancellations requested from 3 May 2025.

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
