Points are retroactively awarded back to January 2023, and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- I’ve participated in a PCR activity but I can’t see my points in the dashboard. What can I do?
Points will appear on the app’s dashboard a maximum of 30 days after the corresponding event has taken place (PCR Course, Webinar etc.…) . All special requests must be made via the Companions contact form, and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Points are only allocated for actions carried out with the My PCR account associated with your Companion profile. If you think some points are missing, please contact us via the dedicated contact form located in the App > My Points page.
- I’ve updated my details but I don’t see my 5 points. Why?
