Study the case of an 86-year-old male patient with progressive NYHA III dyspnoea, HTN, AF and previous stroke who presented with HF, LVEF 61 %, severe atrial dilatation, severe AS, mild MR and severely calcified tricuspid aortic valve with a large annulus suitable for transfemoral TAVI.
