A 72-year-old elderly patient presented with critical right lower limb ischemia and significant renal dysfunction (Creatinine - 3.9 mg/dL), which necessitated the use of CO2 as an angiographic medium.He had a 100 % occluded ostial right common iliac artery and an 80 % stenosis of the left common iliac artery.
