A 72-year-old female patient was admitted with chest pain accompanied by a minor troponin rise. ECG showed LBBB. Echocardiogram revealed moderate left ventricular hypokinesia in the inferior region.

The patient was 72 minor Trop rise , no coronary artery disease identified on angiogram or CTCA. Discussed at MDT and treated conservatively. Chest pain probably non-cardiac and ARPACA was an incidental finding
