Trapped in aorta

A 55-year-old woman with acute chest pain had aortic pathology, including moderate AR. She underwent hemiarch repair, AVR, and TEVAR, but remained ECMO-dependent. Post-op echo showed severe global hypokinesia, prompting further evaluation.
