The heart depicted belongs to a 60-year-old male patient who was referred to our hospital due to class II angina pectoris (CCS II) for 2 months. He had a SPECT performed, which depicted a perfusion defect in the territory of the left anterior descending artery. The patient had a coronary angiography performed and then came to our hospital for angioplasty of angiographically important coronary lesions.
