This session, which was originally broadcast during EuroPCR 2021, presents 6 cases of unexpected complications of large vessel access in the context of TAVI procedures and enables our experts to discuss their successful management, using a variety of techniques. It highlights the need for a large toolbox and the importance of pre-procedural planning, ultrasound-guided puncture, and team-working (vascular/heart teams).
